Spacious 1 bedroom apartment set in Pinaret yet only a 5 minute walk from Puerto Pollensa's attractive sandy, gently-shelving beach with its wide promenade and scenic views of the bay and nearby mountains.
The apartment comprises large living room, separate fully fitted kitchen, including a microwave oven, bedroom, bathroom and guest toilet. The private balcony has a separate utility area, including automatic washing machine and offers a view of the mountains. The apartment includes new television with British TV channels, free Wi-Fi and brand new air-conditioning. We welcome cyclists and there is ample room within the apartment for two bicycles.
After a day cycling enjoy a gentle 10 minute stroll to the restaurants, bars and all other Puerto Pollensa's amenities including its famous marina and square.
Our low season weekly rate from January to April 2 is £390.

On the balcony which is on the first floor, in the apartment living room itself or, and this is probably your best bet, in the utility area which adjacent to the balcony and accessed through the kitchen or the balcony.
